Our Career Development Coaching Program is a commitment to a wholistic approach, covering each of the critical processes of a successful career transition:

  • Preparing future leaders for their success is a key differentiator between those organisations that grow and thrive, and those that do not.
  • Our modular development approach is designed to prepare talent to become Leaders; emphasizing the benefits of them investing in their learning outcomes, to create, evaluate and analyse personal and leadership choices.
  • Programs can be highly tailored according to participant numbers, time scales and budget.
  • Programs will be a blend of curated written and pre-recorded conceptual content, additional open source recommended reading and on-site practical workshops. The key differentiator is that each moduleis supported by a developmental progress coaching session with each participant individually.

Each conversation builds on the prior and is approximately 1 hour. Although we can shorten the timeline, we recommend 1 per week over 6 weeks; there in an amount of background work you need to do between coaching sessions, and we will adapt to your needs as we move through.
