Simon Crockett, Principal / Head Coach
Simon has extensive experience and knowledge of Executive Recruitment and driving Emerging businesses developed over 25 years. He was a Director of Michael Page International at the time of their IPO, a founding Director of multi-practice mid-level Search firms in both the UK and Asia and created a Recruitment Career Training and Coaching business.
His most recent experience was as Director and Executive Coach of Global Career and Leadership Development at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Simon’s role was to facilitate leadership skill development and support talent’s development, self-awareness, and behavioural choice to deliver to the expectations of their personal and career goals.
He also is accredited in several psychometric tools, including Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, SDI CoreStrengths, KornFerry Leadership Architect and VOICES 360®.

Jennifer has extensive Consulting and People strategy advisory experience, holding senior positions in such organisations as EY Strategy& and Booz Allen Hamilton as well as Executive Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jennifer now provides coaching design and facilitates milestone programs for top tier, global professional services firms, emerging leaders and individuals.
Jennifer holds a Masters, Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Loyola University.
Lydia Guo
Lydia is a trusted business advisor in Leadership Assessment and Development with many years of senior positions in such roles as Knowledge Manager of the McKinsey Global Institute and Head of Practice at Egon Zehnder International.
She is passionate about effective recruitment and development strategies, acting as a reliable development partner to companies and individuals.
Lydia has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Mentor at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
Inna Uvarova
Inna has deep HR experience helping large and small businesses, understand and use their People Data to create People Strategy and Operations that boost their productivity with diverse experience both in HR consulting and in-house roles across three continents.
